That's right! Pilates is suitable for everybody and every body! Please allow me to remove any doubt you may have regarding this matter right away. There are no limitations and restrictions to who is able to practise the Pilates method. This is in fact the incredible beauty of Pilates. I have worked with all sorts of "bodies"; and I have yet to meet a person who cannot do Pilates. I want to encourage each and every one of you to join me on your Pilates journey of discovery.
